How do I know which social media platforms are right for me?

You don’t have to! At Bluffside Media, we'll work with you to evaluate your brand's needs and find the best social strategy. We don't like to over extend ourselves (or our budget) so neither should you! We will provide honest feedback on where we think you need to be and help you figure out what’s truly best for your brand.

Do you create and curate all the content for my social media or do I have to provide you with anything?

Social media is content-driven, so product photos are essential to building a professional social media presence. We have several different levels of content creation options to better fit your needs. Contact us for details!

How often do you post and why?

This depends on the size of your audience and your brand's social media objectives. For some brands, daily content is necessary to keep their audience engaged. For others, less is more. Quality, not quantity, is what you will find when you're working with Bluffside Media.

Will you setup my social media platforms?

Setup of your social media platforms, including professional graphic design and content optimization, is included when needed. You are busy running a brand and we know you don’t have time to do everything yourself, so we’re happy to help out. 

Can we ever meet face to face?

Bluffside is located in sunny Los Angeles, California. If you are in the greater Los Angeles or Orange County area, we would be happy to find a time to sit down and connect!
